Who uses this app

This application is used only by its owner, Dr. Jaksin Sottisuporn (pondjaksin@gmail.com). No other users are accepted.

Google data accessed

• Gmail: read messages and create drafts (gmail.readonly, gmail.compose)
• Google Calendar: read calendars and manage events the owner created (calendar.readonly, calendar.events.owned)
• Google Drive, Docs, Sheets: read and edit the owner's files (drive, documents, spreadsheets)

How data is used

Data is used only to carry out tasks the owner requests, such as summarizing email, preparing drafts, checking appointments, and organizing documents. Sending, publishing, sharing, or deleting requires the owner's explicit approval for each action.

To perform these tasks, relevant content may be processed by the AI model providers the owner uses: Anthropic (Claude) and OpenAI.

Sharing

Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with any third party except the AI model providers described above.

Storage and retention

Access credentials are stored only on the owner's own computers. Working copies are kept temporarily, only as long as needed for the task, and are not stored permanently.

Revoking access

Access can be removed at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
